Baddinsgill round 2019

It was a very hot and sticky day for the race. Despite this the route was boggy as ever. I went in knee deep at one point! It was lovely to see Chris Downey on the last hill. 🙂

Well done running a race in such heat. I am sure there must be bodies in the bottom of those bogs, they have certainly claimed a few runners 🙂

  2. David Cairns says:

Well done the pair of you and podium places too!

I didn’t mind the bogs – they were a welcome relief in the heat. The beer made the torture more worth while!

  4. Bill Bennet says:

Well done Duncan and Sadie. It’s a real tough bit of the Pentlands and boggy too. My memory is of heather almost up to the waist, mind you I’m not very tall!
